Plastic Injection Molding

As the manufacturing arm of The Metal Ware Corporation, MW Manufacturing offers 40 years of industrial plastic injection molding experience. Our injection molding division began as Aristo Plastics to build parts for household appliances and now offers products ranging from top-of-the-line food dehydrators, to dock decking boards, to water cans and various sub-assembly components for industrial clientele.

We offer a total of 13 injection molding machines that range in capability from 55 to 800 tons and shot sizes from 0 to 128 ounces. Our machines can run engineered material and operate in a climate-controlled facility to ensure the accuracy and quality of your parts.

To complement our injection machines, we feature robotic material handling, ultra-sonic and hot plate welding, and various secondary operations as required.

We offer new tool design and manufacturing services that utilize both our US and global teams. Our in-house maintenance and machine shop will ensure your assets stay in peak operating condition.

Our Injection Team will offer you an efficient and cost-effective turnkey manufacturing option from molded part to assembly to pack-off, palletizing, and shipping. We can even design your packaging and print it locally.
